I own financial-data delivery, client and provider relationships, mapping releases and technical mentoring for a family-office SaaS platform.

• Client retention and growth. Rebuilt a major data-services client’s Python delivery and reconciliation workflow, cleared the backlog and retained a relationship at risk of churn. I own onboarding, tickets and client communication as account coverage roughly tripled over a year.
• Automated delivery. Built processing and validation workflows running every 15 minutes and handling around 3,000 files daily. This replaced an estimated 3–4 staff hours of routine manual handling per day. Files with mandatory validation errors or reconciliation breaks are held for review.
• Controlled releases. Defined database and API requirements for per-client release controls and validated the developers’ implementation. Clean data for one client can proceed while another client’s exceptions remain on hold.
• Mappings and AI. Migrated legacy C# mappings to JSON and built agent-assisted mapping and Python preprocessing workflows. I review around 15 mapping updates a day in approximately 15 minutes, retaining final Git PR and release approval.
• Coverage and quality. Led bond-data provider selection, negotiated pricing and built a daily API feed enriching around 10,000 bonds. Expanded coverage and yield-to-maturity/duration data supported client acquisition. Added source-versus-calculated valuation checks and monitoring for currency, bond-factor and pricing anomalies.
• Technical leadership. Introduced a shared Git codebase, mapping version history and repository-to-Blob synchronisation. Trained graduate colleagues and a trainee, and captured operating workflows in reusable agent skills.

Financial-data operations across provider deliveries, feed configuration, mappings and reporting for specialist finance teams.

• Coordinated earlier deliveries with major banks and brokers. Arranged or configured SFTP feeds to replace manual broker-statement downloads, coordinating provider setup and internal handovers.
• Implemented feed configurations and mapping changes requested by reconciliation, accrual and collateral-cash teams, alongside reporting on collateral balances.
• Trained colleagues in regex-based file selection and an internal PDF-extraction tool. Evaluated a local LLM for SQL schema exploration, data-quality checks and before/after mapping comparisons.

Practical automation alongside clear-aligner design and manufacturing.

• Built a Python script to automate shipping-label printing.

Operational continuity, supplier selection and reporting in a family-owned agribusiness.

• Temporarily covered the owner’s day-to-day operational responsibilities, coordinating work across 30 staff and resolving issues to maintain business continuity.
• Sourced an alternative grain-haulage provider charging approximately 20% lower rates.
• Moved handwritten operational records into Excel and introduced Excel/Tableau reporting on silo movements, grain quality, transport and harvest yields.
• Migrated accounting and reporting from an on-site Windows Server environment to hosted infrastructure, handling provider selection, VPN access, licensing and team transition during power disruptions.

Commercial finance, forecast analysis and practical automation of reporting work.

• Automated reporting and forecast preparation with Excel/VBA, command-line scripts and Google Maps API travel-distance calculations, saving an estimated month of manual work annually.
• Consolidated management estimates for P&L forecasts, calculated their financial impact and reviewed assumptions and cost opportunities with senior finance colleagues.
